Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before payment

You may cancel at any time by closing Razorpay Checkout; no payment is taken by this site before checkout is completed.

Outbid payments

If your completed bid is no longer strictly higher than the winning bid when our verified payment processing runs, your sentence is not published and we initiate a full refund through Razorpay to the original payment method. This can happen when another qualifying payment is confirmed first. You do not need to contact us for that automatic refund, but may do so if it does not appear.

Other refund requests

If a verified payment does not result in either your sentence being recorded or an outbid refund being initiated because of our technical error, contact onesenhelp@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID within 30 days. If your sentence was successfully recorded, it is a completed digital participation service and is ordinarily non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we approve a refund in our discretion.

Timing

Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank processing time can vary. Razorpay sends refund tracking information when a refund is processed.

How to request help

Send the payment ID, order ID, date, and a short description to onesenhelp@gmail.com. Do not send card, bank, OTP, or other sensitive payment data.
