What we collect

We collect only the sentence you submit, optional display name, bid amount, payment order, payment and refund identifiers, timestamp, and limited technical information such as IP address for abuse and rate-limit protection. We do not ask for an account, email address, phone number, card number, or government ID.

Why we use it

Submission data is used to run the public sentence archive, prevent abuse, process the requested replacement, resolve payment issues, and meet legal obligations. A submitted sentence and display name may be permanently public; do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information.

Payments and sharing

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay receives the payment information needed to process your transaction under its own policies. We receive payment and refund identifiers and status, not card or bank credentials. We use Upstash Redis solely to apply technical rate limits; it receives the limited request identifier needed for that purpose. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or sell personal data.

Retention and choices

Public sentence records are retained as the core archive. Pending and payment records are retained only as needed for fraud prevention, support, accounting, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact onesenhelp@gmail.com.
